Why send FARM-Africa e-cards?
E-cards are a fast, easy and fun alternative to traditional cards. Simply select the card you want to send, select the email address, and the recipient will receive a colourful animated e-card, with a message personalised by you! And the best thing is you can send your e-card to as many people as you want, so there’s no need to spend hours hand writing envelopes and cards.
How do I buy FARM-Africa e-cards?
You can buy FARM-Africa e-cards using credits from your account - so before you can send an e-card you need to create your account. This contains a username (your email address) and a password, and is somewhere you can store any credits you have purchased. You need one credit to send one e-card.
Buying credits is very straightforward and can be done by logging in to your account and clicking on the link to buy credits using our secure payment page. You can store credits in your account to use at a later date.
How much does it cost?
Individuals can send up to 50 e-cards for only £20. Just think how much you'll save on postage!
Our price structure is as follows:
1 card - £1.00
Up to 3 cards - £2.50
Up to 5 cards - £4.00
Up to 20 cards - £12.00
Up to 50 cards - £20.00
Can I create a corporate account?
Yes! And as corporate account holder you can take advantage of the following special features:
You can upload your company logo onto the inside page of any of our designs – perfect for sending to clients and colleagues. And to make things easier you can upload your mailing list using a CSV file.
You can also create sub accounts for your staff and colleagues, so they can send corporate e-cards on behalf of the company.
And the benefits don’t end there. Please contact us if you would like to create your very own e-card. Either choose your own design, or we can help you find a suitable one. This will of course be for your own exclusive use.
Click here to set up a corporate account (remember to select the corporate option).
If you have any questions about our corporate accounts, or would like to find out more about the bespoke design service please contact the Corporate Team on +44(0) 20 7067 1245 and we will be happy to help (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm).
Can I send more than one e-card at a time?
Yes! That's the great thing about sending FARM-Africa e-cards - you can send them to as many people as you want - without having to handwrite the address each time!
Even if you send lots of cards at once, each recipient will only see their name displayed in the ‘To:’ field. So no need to worry about losing that personal feel!
I am unable to view the animated version of the e-card
You need a Flash 8 Player to view our e-cards. Don't worry! You can install it by clicking here
If your recipient does not have Flash 8 Player installed, they will receive a static version of the e-card (so they will still be able to see the card you have sent) along with a prompt to install Flash 8 Player so they can see an animated version of the card.
I sent a card and it wasn't received
Most missing emails are due to typing errors in the email address! So the first thing is to check you have entered the correct details.
E-cards may sometimes get caught in junk mail or spam folders. Unfortunately, this is something that we can't prevent. Please ask the recipient to check these folders.
If you or your friends are still having difficulty locating your e-card, please contact our Supporter Services Team here or phone us on +44(0) 20 7430 0440, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
