Fundraise for FARM-Africa

Fundraise for FARM-Africa and we can promise you a fun, exciting and extremely rewarding experience. You could put on your running shoes and train for the London Marathon, experience the wonder of trekking up Tanzania's mighty Mt Kilimanjaro, jump from a plane at 10,000 feet or cycle from London to Paris!

Alternatively why not organise your own fundraisng event - you could hold an African themed dinner party or organise a pin the tail on the goat competition! There are all sorts of ways you can help raise funds for FARM-Africa and our supporters constantly surprise us with their ingenious new fundraising ideas. We also welcome you to take part in our fantastic Friends of FARM community events across the country.

If you would like to help FARM-Africa, we can provide you with all the materials and support you need so please call us on +44 (0)20 7430 0440 or complete our Enquiry Form and help make a lasting difference to some of Africa's poorest farmers.

changing lives

Christina Nyaga

            Christina Nyaga - Kenya

Life in Kenya was hard for Christina Nyaga but things changed when she joined the Kangai Goat Group in Meru District. Her female goat was served by the group’s Toggenburg buck and gave birth to twins, one of which she sold. Since then, she has sold 10 goats. Goats have benefited Christina in many ways — she can sell surplus milk to a local school and goats to her neighbours, earning money to pay school fees. Goat manure is a good fertiliser and she can grow more food for her family.

Christina says "If FARM-Africa did not bring goats and I would not have had my goats crossed, I would still be struggling."
