Terms of use
- By using www.farmafrica.org.uk, you accept these terms and conditions, which shall take effect from your first use of www.farmafrica.org.uk.

Participating in blogs, debates, and Q&As on the FARM-Africa site

We want to hear your views and we will listen to your comments. For the purpose of the terms ‘post’ includes all types of submission.
- We reserve the right to moderate all comments submitted, this is a precaution to ensure security and sensitivity of our staff, beneficiaries and members of the public. For this reason, there will be a delay between the submission of your post and it appearing on the site. We will do our best to include your post as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to edit for length or withhold any post without notice to you.

In exceptional circumstances we could be legally obliges to reveal your registration information and/or IP address to the authorities.

- Please be considerate of other participants’ access to and enjoyment of the post. Post in English only please and avoid using slang or shorthand. Not everyone speaks English as a first language and we do not have the resource to make translations

- All submissions should be your own original work, you warrant to us that your submission is your original work. You may use limited quotes from published sources, as long as these are reference clearly. By making a submission you acknowledge that any breach of this warranty may cause us damage or loss and you agree to indemnify us in full and permanently against any third party liabilities, claims, costs, loss or damage we incur as a result of including material you submitted to us, including consequential losses
- You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to republish any material you submit to us in any format, including without limitation print and electronic format
- No advertising or marketing or any kind, or posting of web links
- If you have a general question, query or complaint, please use our ‘contact us’ email and we will respond within 48 hours (ie two working days)
- Our registration process means that we will hold your details to validate your access to the discussions and we may also send you information by email. You are able to unsubscribe at any time
The following terms and conditions apply to orders and items purchased through the Farm Shop
- You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions.
- By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order.
- This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- There may be additional terms and conditions depending on which items you are ordering, please refer to the particular website.
Trading
- All profits made from the sale of goods are paid to FARM-Africa (Registered charity number 326901, Registered company number 01926828).
Purchasing
- When you submit your order you are allowing FARM-Africa to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event of there being a problem with your order we will communicate with you via e-mail, telephone or letter as quickly as possible.
- The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In the event of this happening, a carefully selected alternative or a full refund may be sent, but we will contact you beforehand.
Delivery
- From the time we receive your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 14 working days, however please allow another seven working days before querying a non-delivery. If ordering from overseas, please allow an extra 20 days.
Damaged/faulty goods
- FARM-Africa supplies goods which are guaranteed to be durable and reliable. In the event that any product purchase proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund. Please telephone our UK office on +44 (0)20 7430 0440 or email info@farmafrica.org.uk and advise our staff.
- Returns should be sent to:

Order cancellation and amendments
- Please note that once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the order or make any amendments to the address or items ordered.
- Please telephone our UK office on +44 (0)20 7430 0440 or email info@farmafrica.org.uk and advise our staff as soon as possible.
- You are entitled to return the whole order in its original packaging and condition for a full refund.
- Where a refund is claimed, please allow 21 days for us to refund your money.
- Please send returns to the address above.
