Friends of FARM
Friends of FARM is a network of volunteers who raise money for FARM-Africa in their local area. Friends of FARM groups arrange a wide range of events - from cake stalls and coffee mornings to African evenings and auctions.

Get help with your event
If you'd like to organise a fundraising event, please contact us. We can supply you with fundraising resources such as leaflets, collecting tins and further information about our work. We can also provide tips on running your event.
And if you're looking for inspiration, just get in touch. Barn dances, garage sales, tractor races... from the sublime to the ridiculous we have plenty of fundraising ideas.

 £15 could help to train a farmer in Tanzania to harvest honey from forest bees. Giving them good quality honey to sell.  £50 could provide a hunter gatherer community with training in land rights and how to manage the community’s natural resources.  £100 pays for 28 families to be equipped with essential farming tools.  £200 could help a farmers’ group in Ethiopia to buy oxen and a plough to cultivate their land.  £300 could train and equip a farmer to provide crucial basic animal healthcare in their community to prevent animals dying unnecessarily.  £1000 could help set up a tree nursery, providing jobs for the poorest people and protecting the forest for future generations. |
