A Sunday school teacher’s guide to Giving Poverty the Boot!

Our Give Poverty the Boot campaign is a fun and educational way to teach children about the true meaning of harvest time. And thanks to this resource centre, dedicating Sunday school lessons and activities to FARM-Africa couldn’t be easier.

We’ve created a range of resources to help you plan a special Harvest Sunday school that ties in the work of FARM-Africa:

  • With our lesson plans, your Sunday school teachings are ready to go. The lessons bring together key Bible teachings and FARM-Africa’s work, to educate children of all ages.
  • Each lesson plan has an accompanying activity sheet, which provides active and creative tasks to deepen knowledge and engage children.
  • To help children share their new understanding with the wider church, we’ve devised an outline for a children’s presentation to the congregation. The presentation includes readings, plays, song and prayer.

These free resources, and others, are available on our downloads page.
