 FARM-Africa has an international Head Office in London with over 25 staff, as well as more than 250 employees in Ethiopia, Kenya, Southern Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda.
Members of FARM-Africa, appointed because they have demonstrated their commitment to the organisation, exercise ultimate control over the charity. They come together at the Annual General Meeting where, among other things, they elect the Board of Trustees. The Board is the governing body of FARM-Africa and meets with the Chief Executive and senior management staff every quarter, in order to take major strategic decisions for the organisation. FARM-Africa is a registered charity in the UK (Registered Charity Number 326901) and a registered company (Registered Company Number 01926828). |
